As an attorney with Lebe Law, Melissa Kurata represents workers in class action lawsuits focusing on wage theft, gender and racial pay disparity, employee misclassification, and other employment issues. 

Before joining Lebe Law, Ms. Kurata prosecuted wage and hour class actions at a boutique plaintiff’s firm in Los Angeles. 

Ms. Kurata received her Juris Doctorate from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  Prior to law school, Ms. Kurata earned Bachelor of Arts degrees from Northwestern University in Spanish and Business.
