As an attorney with Lebe Law, Zachary Gershman represents employees in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits focusing on wage theft, employee misclassification, and other employment issues.  Mr. Gershman also represents whistleblowers in data breach class actions.

He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Gershman served as an Executive Senior Editor for the Southern California Law Review, clerked for a boutique litigation firm, and worked on a project with Professor Sam Erman to improve statewide passage rates with the California State Bar.

Prior to law school, Mr. Gershman graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In college, he was a research assistant to Professor Matthew Singer and co-authored an article published in the Journal of Electoral Studies regarding international constitutional law titled Do Changes In District Magnitude Affect Electoral Fragmentation? Evidence Over Time at the District Level.
