As an attorney with Lebe Law, Yuri Chornobil represents employees in class action lawsuits focusing on wage theft, employee misclassification, and other employment issues. Mr. Chornobil also represents whistleblowers in data breach class actions.
Prior to joining Lebe Law, Mr. Chornobil represented employees in class and collective action lawsuits at the law firm of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. He also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for Bronx County, a role in which he first-chaired multiple trials.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Chornobil represented minors in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, worked on the Criminal Law Journal, and participated on the Mock Trial team. Prior to law school, Mr. Chornobil graduated from the University of Maine with Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Zoology and Marine Science.
