Nicole Bloomfield is an associate attorney at Lebe Law, where she represents workers in class actions involving wage theft, gender and racial pay disparity, misclassification, and other employment issues.
Ms. Bloomfield brings an interdisciplinary background to her plaintiff-side practice, having previously litigated complex intellectual property matters at a boutique law firm in San Francisco.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter, where she led equity initiatives as President of the Students of Color Association and Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator of the Exeter Law Society. Ms. Bloomfield received her Master of Laws from Berkeley Law, where she advocated for underserved communities through pro bono work with La Alianza Workers’ Rights Clinic and the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic.
