As a paralegal at Lebe Law, Diana Lopez assists the firm with its development, investigation and prosecution of wage theft and data breach class actions.

Prior to joining Lebe Law, Ms. Lopez was a paralegal at Salinas Law Group in Oakland, California. She supported attorneys at that firm representing plaintiffs in civil tenant-landlord disputes and employment matters. 

She received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Peace and Conflict Studies, with a minor in Arabic, from the University of California, Berkeley. She currently volunteers with the Chicanx Latinx Alumni Association.
